Pick All-in-One if you need a portfolio website, blog, online store, or any combination of those, plus client galleries. Pick Client Galleries Only if you already have a website (on Squarespace, WordPress, Format, or anywhere else) and just need a tool to proof, deliver, and sell client photos. Both include the full client gallery toolkit. The only thing Client Galleries Only doesn't give you is a public-facing portfolio website.

Full access to every feature on every plan, on whichever plan type you choose. No credit card required. You can build a website, set up galleries, test the proofing workflow, configure your store, and connect a custom domain. At day 15, the trial pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing you've built is lost.

Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade within All-in-One, or switch from All-in-One to Client Galleries Only (or vice versa) from your account. Charges are pro-rated. If you downgrade and your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (storage, products, contributors), you'll be prompted to either reduce usage or stay on the higher plan.

Yearly bills once for 12 months at a 40% discount off monthly rates (55% off during the current Limited Time offer). 2-Yearly bills once for 24 months at 55% off (and stays 55% off after the Limited Time offer ends). The 2-Yearly plan is the lowest effective monthly price you can get on Pixpa.

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. PayPal isn't accepted for Pixpa subscriptions. (Note: your customers can pay you via Stripe or PayPal on your store and galleries — that's separate.)

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. VAT or local tax is calculated based on your billing country and added at checkout. The total before tax is shown on the pricing page; the final total is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

The standard discount on yearly plans is 20% off; on 2-yearly plans, 40% off. The Limited Time offer adds an extra 25% on top, bringing the totals to 40% (yearly) and 55% (2-yearly). The extra discount applies to your first billing cycle.

Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, no questions asked. If Pixpa isn't right for you within 30 days of subscribing, request a full refund through support. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions can be cancelled but aren't refundable for the remaining term.

Anytime, from your account. Yearly and 2-yearly plans cancelled within the first 30 days are fully refunded. After that, your subscription stays active until the end of your billing cycle and then ends. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month and are non-refundable.

Storage covers original files for client galleries, e-commerce galleries, and downloadable products. Web versions of images on your portfolio site don't count. If you hit your limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or buy a storage add-on from your account at any time.

No. Pixpa charges 0% commission on every sale, on every plan. Whether you're selling prints through a client gallery, digital products through your store, or images as downloads, you keep the full sale amount. Standard payment processor fees from Stripe or PayPal still apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

Unlimited storage, bandwidth, or items means you can use the resource at the scale a normal small business or personal site requires, without fixed caps. It's not a license to host unrelated data, mirror content from other platforms, or run activities that affect other users' performance. Specifics are in the Terms of Use.

Every plan includes 24/7 support from real people, on chat and email. Average reply time is under five minutes during business hours. Help Center articles and tutorials are available in 20+ languages. There's no ticket queue or paid support tier; everyone gets the same access.

Two options. The Help Center has step-by-step guides for everything you can build on Pixpa. If you'd rather hand it off, Hire a Pixpa Expert lets a Pixpa designer set up your site or gallery system for a one-time $199 fee. Available as an add-on to any plan.
