The Pixpa Hire a Pixpa Expert is an affordable, one-time paid service available to all Pixpa subscribers. It saves you time and effort right at the start of building your new website on Pixpa by providing a foundation of a professionally-designed and personalised website you can continue to build upon.

The scope of the Hire a Pixpa Expert is as follows:

• Setup and design your website on the Pixpa template of your choice using your content and images.
• Personalise and modify the template style as appropriate (colours, fonts, layouts etc.).
• Setup your site's menu (up to 10 pages/galleries).
• Setup of galleries (layout and design).
• Design of About and Contact pages.
• Setup of a blog if needed (5 demo blog posts)
• Setup of the store if needed (5 demo products)
• Any other changes the Pixpa Design Expert deems helpful based on your provided information.
• Help to connect your domain name to the website.

Please note:

• Custom coding or modifications not part of Pixpa's product features and functionalities are not included.
• We will use the content and images you provide through the Website Setup Form. Placeholder content will be used wherever needed.
• The Hire a Pixpa Expert fees are non-refundable.
• Pixpa reserves the right not to accept a Hire a Pixpa Expert request. In that case, we will refund the full fee for the service.

Once you have upgraded to a paid subscription on Pixpa, you can make a one-time payment for the Hire a Pixpa Expert. The payment method you used for your Pixpa subscription will be used for this charge.

Yes! Once the website setup is complete, we will hand over the website to you. You can then continue to edit, add content, and build your website using the easy, no-code Pixpa builder. We request you not make any changes to the website while the Hire a Pixpa Expert is underway.

Yes! When you are ready to go live, the Pixpa Customer Success Team will assist you in connecting your domain name with your website.
