The "Hire a Pixpa Expert" service is an affordable, one-time, paid option available to all Pixpa subscribers. It’s designed to save you time and effort by providing a professionally designed and personalized website as a foundation for you to build upon when creating your new Pixpa website.

The scope of the Hire a Pixpa Expert service is as follows:

• Website Setup and Design: Build your website using the Pixpa template of your choice with your content and images. Personalize and adjust the template’s style, including colors, fonts, layouts, etc.
• Navigation and Page Setup: Configure your website’s menu for up to 10 pages or galleries.
• Gallery Design: Layout and design setup for your galleries.
• About and Contact Pages: Design and customization of your About and Contact pages.
• Blog Setup (if required): Create and configure a blog with 5 demo blog posts.
• Store Setup (if required): Set up an online store with 5 demo products.
• Expert Recommendations: Additional modifications deemed helpful by the Pixpa Design Expert based on the information you provide.
• Domain Connection: Assistance with connecting your domain name to your website.

Important Notes:

• Custom Modifications: Custom coding or modifications outside of Pixpa’s standard features are not included.
• Content Requirements: The content and images you provide via the Website Setup Form will be used. Placeholder content will be used if necessary.
• Non-Refundable Fees: The service fees for the Hire a Pixpa Expert are non-refundable.
• Request Acceptance: Pixpa reserves the right to decline a Hire a Pixpa Expert request. In such cases, the full fee will be refunded.

Once you upgrade to a paid Pixpa subscription, you can make a one-time payment for the Hire a Pixpa Expert service. The payment will be charged using the same payment method you used for your subscription.

Yes! After the website setup is finished, it will be handed over to you. You can then continue to edit, add content, and customize your site using Pixpa’s intuitive, no-code website builder. Please avoid making changes to the website while the Hire a Pixpa Expert service is in progress.

If you require changes beyond the service scope, you can connect with the Pixpa Customer Success Team for guidance or explore tutorials to make edits on your own.

For additional pages, galleries, or products, you can easily add them yourself using Pixpa’s intuitive drag-and-drop builder.

The Hire a Pixpa Expert service includes one round of revisions within the agreed-upon scope.

The typical turnaround time for the service is 3-5 business days after you have submitted the Website Setup Form and provided the text content and images needed to setup your website.

Yes! When you’re ready to make your site live, the Pixpa Customer Success Team will assist you in connecting your domain name to your website. You can also refer to our domain connection tutorials for additional guidance.

The Hire a Pixpa Expert service currently supports websites in English only.
