Sell any digital download on your Pixpa store
Sell digital products and deliver download links when an order is received. Upload up to a 2 GB file for your digital product. You can upload your digital assets (sound, images, audio, zip file, etc) up to a size of 2 GB. To upload more than one file, zip them and upload.
Supported file formats are jpg, pdf and zip files. You can also add other file formats in a zip file like rar, psd, tiff, ai, eps, psd, mp4, mp4v, mpg4, mpg, mpeg, avi, swf, mp3, wav, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, and pptx. You can also add your external file link to share it link with your buyers/users. Customers can directly download the digital assets from the order success page.
Product Options
Let's you create upto 200 variants for a single product
Product options let you set up options with different prices for a single product. You have the option to add multiple levels of variants.
For instance, a T-shirt can have product options based on size (S, M, L, XL) or a print can have product options based on sizes (12×12, 20×20, 30×30 inches). Each option/variant can have a different price if required.
Product options can be created when you create a product or edit any existing product. The maximum number of images and variants that can be added to a product is 200. The product options you created will show up as dropdown/radio buttons/tabs on the product page.
Visitors can select the option they want to buy from the available options. The selected option price will be applied to the product and shown to your customer.
Abandoned Cart Recovery Emails
Set up automatic email reminders and recover abandoned carts
Not everybody who adds something to a cart makes it all the way through to purchase a product. When a potential customer provides their contact information but doesn’t complete the order, we store that as an abandoned cart.
It is critical to target these abandoned carts to boost sales.
The best way to recover abandoned carts is to set up an automatic email reminder for customers, asking them to return and complete their orders. You can send a direct checkout link to make it easy for them to return. You can set the interval as well.
